Once the metal detector detects an object you will hear an audio tone and a number will appear in the center of the display. Each number represents a metal type/object type. (For example no. 76 a euro coin, number 20 iron) This way you can learn to identify (recognize) objects. To make it even easier, a block appears simultaneously at the top of the display below your segment bar. Here you can see what type of metal the object is probably made of.
