Should you wish to dive to a depth of several meters, you can set the PulseDive to dive mode. This mode ensures that the pressure underwater will not depress the 3 push buttons. Your can activate the PulseDive underwater by pointing the bottom of the search coil down and deactivate it by pointing the bottom of the search coil up. (Many people who unwrap the PulseDive and move it back and forth hear rattling and then think something is loose from the electronics. This has to do with the automatic activation of the PulseDive underwater and so is not broken.)
