The Quest carrying case is large enough to transport any detector without disassembling it. It features a large zippered compartment for the metal detector or shovel and a small zippered compartment for other accessories such as search coil, pinpointer, etc. In the large compartment there are 2 fastening straps to secure the metal detector or shovel.
